EPB is the introduction of epoxy groups on the molecular chain of HTPB, with oil resistance, aging resistance, good transparency, good low-temperature performance, etc., the hydroxyl group at the end of the molecular chain and the epoxy group in the molecular chain for the reactive groups, can be cured with a variety of isocyanates and epoxy curing agent.

The cured polymer has good physical and chemical properties, excellent adhesive strength to metal and glass and other non-metallic materials, good dielectric properties, low shrinkage, high hardness, stable to alkali and most of the volume, which can greatly improve the mechanical properties of the polyurethane material, adhesive strength and heat resistance.

Polar groups improve the adhesive properties of the product with metallic and non-metallic materials; it can be used in adhesives, sealants, coatings, epoxy resin toughening, polyurethane elastomers and so on.
